Connect a Shopify store to a brand and Outfox reads its recent order data — revenue, order count, average order value, and a daily trend. The numbers show up in a dashboard, in Foxley, and through the get_shopify_analytics tool in the MCP suite.

Connect a store

You connect Shopify per brand, so each brand in your organization can point at its own store.
1

Open integrations

Sign in to Outfox at https://app.outfox.ai and go to Settings → Integrations.
2

Enter your store domain

Find the Shopify card for the brand you want to connect. Enter your store domain (for example, your-store.myshopify.com) and click Connect Shopify.
3

Approve in Shopify

Shopify asks you to authorize Outfox. Outfox requests read access to orders only. Approve to finish, and you land back on the integrations page with the store connected.
The connection belongs to the brand, not to you personally. Anyone in the organization who can see that brand can use its Shopify analytics. Disconnect from the same Shopify card whenever you want to revoke access.

See the analytics

Open Shopify analytics at https://app.outfox.ai/shopify. Pick a brand and a date range, and you get:
  • Revenue — total sales over the range.
  • Orders — count of billable orders.
  • Avg. order value — revenue divided by orders.
  • Revenue trend — a daily line chart across the range.
The date range is capped at 60 inclusive calendar days, and the end date can’t be in the future. That matches the window Shopify’s order read access covers.

Ask Foxley

When any brand in your organization has a Shopify store connected, Foxley gains the Shopify analytics tool automatically — no extra setup. Ask it questions in plain language:
What was our Shopify revenue and average order value over the last 30 days?
Compare last week's Shopify orders to the week before and chart the daily trend.
Foxley can combine store data with Meta analytics in the same answer — for example, lining up ad spend against the revenue it drove.

Use it from the MCP suite

The same data is available through the get_shopify_analytics tool in the MCP suite. See the Shopify tool reference for inputs and outputs.
